blvdThe Boulevard successfully completed Holly Geraci and Peter Francis Geraci’s 7th helphollyhelp.com challenge.  The challenge took nearly an entire month to complete, and a large number of donations came in during the final two weeks, but The Boulevard raised over $10,000.  The Boulevard challenge is Holly Geraci and Peter Francis Geraci’s sixth consecutive successful grant challenge.

With a capacity of only 64 beds, the agency is rarely not at capacity. Nearly 400 individuals are served annually; and9,000 people have been helped since The Boulevard opened its doors.  The Boulevard’s clients are homeless adults, men and women, being discharged from area hospitals with no place to go to complete their medical recovery. The agency’s core Assessment Respite program, operating with an onsite clinic, helps residents stabilize their health; begin to address the root causes of their homelessness, and works to find housing for each of them. The Boulevard does not discharge to the street.

In total, The Boulevard has raised over $20,900 during the help Holly Help Challenge.  The money raised during the Help Holly Help grant challenge will be used to support the mission of The Boulevard; to provide a healing environment and resources to help ill and injured homeless adults restore their health, rebuild their lives and regain self-sufficiency.

In addition to a successful grant challenge, Help Holly Help hit a milestone.  As a result of The Boulevard’s success, Help Holly Help has watched nonprofits raise more than $200,000!
